The Garland City Council meets on the first and third Tuesday each month. Meetings are broadcast live. Re-broadcasts of these meetings play during the week of City Council only.
City Council Work Sessions are held on the Monday before the regular City Council meetings and are broadcast live. Re-broadcast of these meetings are the week of City Council meetings only.
Plan Commission meetings are held the second and fourth Monday of each month and broadcast live. Re-broadcast of these meetings are the week of Plan Commission only.
Garland In Focus is an informational program about different city departments and how they serve the citizens of Garland as well as other topics of interest about city programs.
Crime Watch spotlights the Garland Police Department. Topics usually cover safety tips, re-enactments and interviews with officers, staff and volunteers.
Video Billboard presents City announcements in a graphic display format that plays after scheduled programming.
Pre-produced programming includes the Mayor's State of the City Address, City Council District Updates, and various special announcements and programs featuring pet adoptions, public safety issues, recreation and cultural programs, and much more.
In addition, CGTV features programs produced by other government agencies such as the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, the U.S. Army and others.
