The City of Garland is making plans for the 2013 Healthy Living Expo, set for Saturday, Sept. 21, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Curtis Culwell Center, 4999 Naaman Forest Blvd.  This annual event features activities, exhibits and information intended to help us live healthier lives in a sustainable environment.
