Grants Spending

Garland actively pursues grant funding opportunities to take advantage of optional funding sources both state and nationally.  The Office of Environmental Quality oversees some of these efforts to not only acquire grants for city departments but to assist ongoing efforts as well as implementation and grant mandated reporting.  More notable acquisitions are featured below.
